When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of our receiving payment confirmation. Please note that when paying by check this process can take up to ten business days. International orders usually arrive in 6-10 days, but may be delayed by customs.

Multiple item orders are shipped once all items can be filled. Consider this when placing Presell orders.


Which countries do you ship to?
In addition to the United States, we also ship to: Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Please note that international orders may not exceed $400, not including shipping charges.


When will I receive my order?
All shipping is sent via Priority Mail delivery via the Unites States Postal Service. If you live in the United States, your order should arrive within 1-3 days after being shipped, but please note that once your order has shipped we cannot control delivery.


How do I know my order has shipped?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email which contains your Delivery Confirmation number. Additionally, domestic orders over $400 are sent with Signature Confirmation which requires you to sign for your order. International orders cannot be over $400, so no signature is required.


What are your shipping rates?
United States: Up to 12 packs is $3.50, every 4 boxes is $10.00.

Canada: Up to 12 packs is $4.00, every 4 boxes is $25.00.

International (other than Canada): Up to 12 packs is $5.00, every 4 boxes is $35.00.


Do you ship to military addresses?
We deliver to all Military APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) Military Post Offices overseas via the United States Postal Service at no additional charge.


What if the item I order is out of stock or backordered?
We will attempt to contact you with an estimated time of delivery. You will have the option to have the item sent once we receive it, or you may request a full refund.


If an order is returned to you, who pays the postage to resend the item?
If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the normal postage to have the order resent.


What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before payment has been processed. After we receive payment, all sales are final.


What is your return policy?
You must contact us within five days of delivery confirmation to report an incorrect or damaged item. Any item that is returned must be in its original, unopened shrink-wrapped packaging.


If I have to return an item, who pays the postage?
You will be responsible for postage when returning the item. However, you will not be charged shipping on the replacement item.
